The baby's middle name, Marshall, honors Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers.
Fans also noted that Elliot's initials, E.M.M., subtly reference Eminem's stage name.
Hailie and Evan, who began dating in 2016 after meeting at Michigan State University, got engaged in 2023 and married in May 2024.
Hailie kept her pregnancy private during their wedding, later revealing the news through her podcast, "Just a Little Shady."
