Lady Gaga Hit with $100 Million Lawsuit Over "Mayhem" Logo

Lady Gaga is being sued for $100 million by Lost International, a California-based surf company, over the logo for her latest album Mayhem.

The company claims Gaga’s logo looks almost identical to their Mayhem trademark, which they have used since 1986.

Lost International argues that the similarity could confuse consumers and damage their brand, especially since Gaga's logo is featured on album covers, merchandise, and promotional materials.

They claim they sent a cease-and-desist letter to Gaga’s team but received no response, leading to the lawsuit.

Gaga’s lawyer has dismissed the case, calling it a baseless attempt to cash in on her success.

They argue that the Mayhem logo on her album does not infringe on the surf company’s branding.

It remains to be seen how this lawsuit will affect Gaga's plans.
