Millie Bobby Brown has shared the struggles she faced growing up as a child star.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, the Stranger Things actress admitted she doesn't have many friends due to her unusual upbringing and the constant scrutiny from social media.
She said she "always felt protected" by her parents and Netflix but believes contracts she signed as a child "should never have been leaked."
"It just puts children in a really dangerous situation," she explained, adding that people are "a little bit too lax" about how kids are raised in the industry.
The Enola Holmes star also reflected on her lack of social skills, saying she didn’t attend school and struggles with friendships.
"I missed out on a few things. But I’m working through them," she shared.
