North West’s rising career is keeping Kim Kardashian busier than ever, and she admits it’s been a challenge.
In a clip from The Kardashians season six, Kim opens up about managing her 10-year-old daughter’s work while juggling her own career.
"I thought I was busy before. North, me having to be her momager right now is crazy," she says. "It was not on my Bingo card for this year."
Her mom, Kris Jenner, acknowledges the struggle. "It's a lot of work," she says. Kim agrees, adding, "It's a lot of energy. And I'm not ready." Her sister chimes in, saying, "You're like, I have my own **** to manage."
Kim explains that North’s schedule often takes priority. "If she has a shoot, I have to be there all day, so it's like her or me."
She also reflects on making sure her daughter’s work is balanced with normal childhood experiences. "I just really want to make sure that everything's really well balanced," she says. "All of the work experiences are balanced out with just enough fun life experiences. I just want balance."
Kim previously shared that North’s career decisions are a family discussion. "She'll get an offer to do a photo shoot or something. And like, we really sit and talk about it as a family," she told World’s First Podcast.
She emphasized that no matter what, her kids come first. "That's just in my contracts, like no matter what I do, no matter work, like I have to take my kids to school. That's just my time with them. It's the morning madness."
While she’s doing her best, Kim admits it’s overwhelming. "There's so much that I've stopped because it's too much, and I'm really not ready to be a momager, and I'm kind of forced into this," she says.
Season six of The Kardashians premieres Feb. 6 on Hulu.
