Travis Kelce, the renowned football star, recently discussed his stance on balancing between television opportunities and his passion for sports during an episode of the Bussin’ With The Boys podcast.

In the podcast, Kelce revealed his decision to decline an offer to appear in a forthcoming reality show titled ‘Receiver,’ which follows in the footsteps of the 2023 edition featuring Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes.

Reflecting on his encounter with the entertainment industry, Kelce expressed his preference for focusing solely on football.

"After Pat did it, I did get asked about it. I don’t know. I’d rather just play ball, man. I’m already doing enough with the podcast and everything," Kelce remarked candidly. He firmly stated, "I’m way over the reality s---. I’m out on that s---."

In a lighter moment, Kelce also reminisced about his recent hosting gig on Saturday Night Live earlier this year. "It was kind of like The Bachelor, except instead of roses I handed out footballs," Kelce humorously recounted during his monologue.

He quipped, "And instead of watching, people did not. It was a little embarrassing, but I got really good at reality TV."

Kelce’s candid remarks on Bussin’ With The Boys podcast offer fans a glimpse into his straightforward approach to navigating fame and his commitment to prioritizing his career on the football field.
