Britney Spears has once again captured attention after posting a strange video on Instagram recently. In the clip, the 43-year-old pop star roams a luxury Las Vegas spa with her older brother Bryan, 47, using a childlike voice.
She documents the visit on her iPhone, joyfully saying, "My brother we're in Vegas and we're going to the spa and we're lost." Clouds of smoke float in front of the camera, hinting that she might have been smoking something.
Approaching the front desk, Britney chirps, "We have a scheduled appointment for [4pm]!" She then spins the camera around to show the spa’s interior, exclaiming, "It's like we're in Disneyland for adults!" She then becomes fascinated by spherical lights on the ceiling, saying, "Balls! A lot of balls. Hello. Balls."
The attendant soon arrives to escort her to the treatment room and politely asks her to stop filming, ending the video abruptly. Britney and her brother were also seen trying on fedora hats, with Britney in a busy swimsuit for her styling session.
The clip split the "Toxic" singer's fans. Some were worried, likening her behavior to Anna Nicole Smith. One person commented, "This is really uncomfortable to watch," while another wrote, "So loud, obnoxious, and disconnected from reality. And she walks in there smoking and filming."
Others defended Britney, saying she was just being her quirky self. "Britney literally sounds like she used to when she was being goofy and silly," a fan commented. Another added, "Why are people making a big deal outta this video?! She's just a kooky person, some people are just like that."
Later, Britney was seen enjoying cocktails with friends at Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas. "She was interacting with fans and took some photos with them," a source told People magazine.
The publication noted that Britney sipped on a seasonal cocktail called the Bananarama, made with Hine cognac, Giffard Banane du Brésil, Lustau East India Sherry, Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao, coconut, lemon, and pineapple.
Despite her strained family relationships, Britney remains close to her brother Bryan.
