Numerous individuals close to Britney Spears are growing increasingly worried about her wellbeing. Sources say that the pop star is in significant danger of harming herself or others, leading many to believe that another conservatorship is essential for her long-term survival.
Multiple insiders told TMZ that since her conservatorship ended, Britney's mental health has been in a rapid decline. Reports indicate she frequently skips the medications that stabilize her and has been engaging in drinking and drug use. This behavior is particularly dangerous given her history of substance abuse, which has previously led her to rehab multiple times.
Sources revealed that Britney experiences severe mood swings and often enters violent rages. Communication with her is reportedly difficult, as she can become irrational during these episodes. Adding to the concerns, her current boyfriend, Paul Soliz, who has a felony record, is allegedly managing her household and life.

TMZ reported that earlier this month, Britney and Soliz had a physical altercation at the Chateau Marmont hotel after a night of drinking. She was found half-naked in the hallway, screaming, and had to be treated by paramedics for a serious ankle injury.
Insiders argue that ending the conservatorship was a mistake, though they acknowledge that Britney's father, Jamie Spears, was not the ideal person to oversee it, primarily due to her growing resentment towards him.
Over the past two years, Britney has faced numerous legal battles against her father over alleged financial mismanagement. Despite these efforts, the disputes ended with Britney receiving nothing from Jamie and incurring millions in legal fees.

The tipping point in the conservatorship debate came when allegations surfaced that Britney's bedroom had been secretly bugged. This claim fueled the #FreeBritney movement, ultimately leading to a judge terminating the conservatorship without ordering a medical evaluation.
However, five sources confirmed to TMZ that there was never any surveillance in her bedroom. Instead, concerns about drug suppliers prompted the court to authorize monitoring her communication devices.
The sources stress the urgency of public understanding regarding the surveillance issue, as they believe it is crucial for a judge to consider reinstating a conservatorship despite public opposition. They fear that without this, Britney's current trajectory poses severe risks.
Efforts to reach Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, for comment have so far been unsuccessful. Every source TMZ have spoken to insists that if Britney's situation remains unchanged, her safety is in grave jeopardy.
