Kate Middleton’s health concerns have provided a sense of calm within Kensington Palace. Currently recovering from abdominal surgery, the Princess of Wales has drawn comparisons to Queen Elizabeth II, according to confessions from royal experts.
The ongoing health condition of Kate Middleton, coupled with the silence from Kensington Palace, has stirred concern among royal admirers.
Royal historian Amanda Foreman spoke to PEOPLE, stating, "She is their MVP, without any doubt." Foreman further elaborated, highlighting Middleton's resemblance to the late Queen, "She is in so many ways the most like the late Queen."
Similarly, royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith emphasized Middleton's significance within the monarchy, stating, "She's so central to the monarchy and the future."
Smith expressed concern over the current state of uncertainty surrounding the monarchy, noting, "Everybody feels unsettled by uncertainty, and there is too much uncertainty that is surrounding the monarchy right now."
Reflecting on Queen Elizabeth II's approach, Smith recalled her mantra, "I need to be seen to be believed." She stressed the importance for Prince Charles and his future reign to provide the public with clarity. "It is important for Charles and his reign for the public to know a little bit more," she emphasized.
