Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have officially ended their marriage, according to a judgment from the Los Angeles Superior Court.
The decision, made on Tuesday, comes six months after the pop star, aged 30, filed for divorce from the 28-year-old real estate broker.
Court documents revealed that the couple had been separated for over a year.
Fortunately, they had a prenuptial agreement in place and no children, which made the divorce process smooth without major legal battles.
Their settlement terms, agreed upon in October, included Grande making a one-time payment of $1,250,000 to Gomez, splitting the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home, and covering up to $25,000 of his legal fees.
Grande cited irreconcilable differences, as is common in California divorces.
The couple, who began dating in January 2020 and got engaged in December of the same year, tied the knot in a small ceremony at Grande's Montecito home on May 15, 2021.
They even spent time together during the pandemic, including appearing in a music video for Justin Bieber's charity single "Stuck With U."
