Pop icon Britney Spears has emphatically stated that she will never reconcile with her estranged father, Jamie Spears, regardless of his current health condition or fate.
Despite sharing nostalgic family photos on her social media, a source close to the singer has revealed that there is no chance of repairing the fractured relationship between Britney and Jamie. The insider cited the unimaginable ways in which Jamie allegedly hurt Britney, primarily through his control over her controversial 13-year conservatorship.
“There is no chance, ever, that Britney will reconcile with her dad,” the insider disclosed to Daily Mail. “He hurt her in ways not imaginable and, regardless of what happens to his health, she will never forgive the man, dead or alive.”
The recent social media activity featuring Jamie in one of the photos was clarified by the source, stating that it was merely a picture Britney liked with her child and had no connection to her father.
“The only reason that Britney included this photo is that she loved the picture with her son. It had nothing to do with her dad, or his health issues,” the source emphasized.
Britney Spears has publicly accused her father of various wrongdoings in her recent memoir, alleging abuse and claiming he took advantage of her while allegedly stealing millions over the years.
