In a heartfelt Instagram Story post, singer-songwriter Ariana Grande opened up about the highs and lows of the past year, expressing deep gratitude for the experiences and connections she encountered.

Accompanied by a regal image on pink paper, Grande, 30, penned a reflection on what she described as "one of the most transformative, most challenging, and yet happiest and most special years of my life." She acknowledged the array of emotions, noting, "there were so many beautiful and yet polarized feelings."
"I've never felt more at the mercy of and in acceptance of what life was screaming to teach me," Grande shared in black and white text over the image. "I've never felt more fulfilled by or present in my work, being able to cherish every moment."
The "7 Rings" singer poured her heart into her projects, expressing gratitude for the collaborations that enriched her journey. "I gave everything I could have possibly given of my heart and of myself to the projects I was fortunate enough to be a part of and learned so much from every brilliant, beautiful soul that I had the privilege of creating art with and crossing paths with this year."

Addressing the challenges she faced, Grande admitted to feeling an abundance of pride and love, despite facing negativity and assumptions about her life. "I have learned how much more important one of those things is than the other," she emphasized.
Asserting her commitment to self-trust, Grande declared, "I am reacting to things that deserve my energy only and removing and protecting myself from things that do not." She concluded the post by extending warm wishes for a happy new year to her fans and offering words of encouragement: "If you ever feel misunderstood or alone, just remember that it will pass."
In the spotlight recently for her relationship with Ethan Slater, whom she met on the set of the upcoming movie adaptation of "Wicked," Grande shared a glimpse into her personal life, adding another layer to the reflections on a year filled with growth, challenges, and resilience.
