Jada Pinkett Smith, renowned actress and wife of Will Smith, has staunchly refuted allegations circulating about her husband's alleged gay affair with actor Duane Martin. The star is now taking a decisive stance against the individual responsible for making these claims, Will's former friend and assistant, Brother Bilaal.
During an appearance on "The Breakfast Club," the 52-year-old hinted at her intention to pursue legal action against Brother. She emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, "It's one thing to have your opinion on somebody versus making up salacious, malicious stories. That's actionable... So we're gonna roll with that."
Brother initially made the shocking claim during an interview with Tasha K, recounting an alleged incident of walking in on Will Smith and Duane Martin engaged in explicit acts. Jada Pinkett Smith addressed these accusations by asserting, "And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown, that didn't work. We're gonna take legal action."
Brother went on to describe the purported scene, stating, "I open the door to Duane's dressing room, and that's when I see Duane having anal sex with Will." These sensational allegations have stirred controversy, prompting Jada to take a firm stand against what she deems as false and damaging statements.
This isn't the first time such accusations have surfaced, with previous claims challenging the nature of the relationship between Will Smith and Duane Martin. Both actors have consistently denied any romantic involvement, maintaining that they are not gay.
Notably, both were married to their respective partners, Jada Pinkett Smith and Tisha Campbell, during the periods in question. Jada Pinkett Smith's resolve to pursue legal action reflects her commitment to challenging baseless accusations and defending her family's reputation.
