Speaking to paparazzi, he expressed his genuine delight, saying, "That made me smile, to be honest. I'm freakin' proud of her, and I hope she takes over the world."
The couple's relationship had begun years earlier, in 2016, when they met on the set of Britney's music video for "Slumber Party." Despite their separation by the time Britney's memoir was published, Sam revealed that he had eagerly read the book, acknowledging the immense effort she had put into it.
He told TMZ, "I already read it. I'm very proud of her. She put a lot of work into it, and it was very hard. I'm definitely excited and I'm extremely proud of her. It was a really tough one."
