Despite his diagnosis, AJ's spirit remains unbroken, and he continues to support his favorite football team, the Charlton Dudley Rams, attending their practices and games whenever possible.
During a recent game, AJ's teammates and even players from the opposing team joined forces to create a touching moment of sportsmanship.
In an unforgettable gesture, they orchestrated a play for AJ, allowing him to score, while enthusiastically pushing his wheelchair to the end zone.
