American singer Jason Derulo finds himself embroiled in a legal battle as he faces a lawsuit filed by aspiring female musician Emaza Gibson. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges sexual harassment, breach of contract, and illegal retaliatory termination.

Gibson, a 25-year-old aspiring musician, claims that her working relationship with Jason soured after she rejected his sexual advances. According to her attorney, Ron Zambrano, Jason's alleged threats of physical harm and unwanted advances are both outrageous and illegal. Gibson contends that Derulo not only breached their contract but also denied her promised opportunities within the industry.

Jason Derulo has vehemently denied all accusations made against him. His representative released a statement to People magazine, asserting that the claims are "completely false and hurtful."
