According to TMZ, the famous singer fell at his home in Nice.
Right now, we don't know why he fell. But it was serious enough for the 76-year-old to go to the hospital in Monaco for the weekend, where doctors watched over him.
A spokesperson for Elton John said: "Elton visited the local hospital as a precautionary measure. Following check ups, he was immediately discharged this morning and is now back at home and in good health."
This news comes after John finished his big 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour.' He started it in 2018 and it was a huge tour.
He sold an amazing six million tickets and made $939 million from ticket sales all around the world.
