According to reports, the incident occurred after a verbal altercation between the two individuals escalated into a physical altercation, resulting in the death of Mr. Durham.
The video was recorded by Zachary's partner, Sarah Latham, who posted it on Tiktok. Following the post, the video quickly spread across the internet, leaving the public in shock.

William Durham was a 51-year-old married man and father of two who worked as a prison officer at South Woods State Prison in Bridgeton.
Zachary Latham was arrested on Saturday in Florida for allegedly displaying a BB airsoft pistol after a fight with a motorist at Meridian Center Park.
The Durham family's lawyer has claimed that they had several unpleasant confrontations with Zachary Latham before the incident.
In the final confrontation, the lawyer alleges that Zachary tased and stabbed William Durham before killing him on the street.
They further claim that Zachary Latham recorded the act with the intention of uploading it to Tiktok to become famous.
As a result, they are requesting first-degree murder charges against Zachary Latham instead of the current aggravated manslaughter charges.
