The album has achieved an impressive first-week sales figure of 115,000 units, including 87,000 pure sales.
This makes it the second biggest opening sales by a female artist this year, following Miley Cyrus' "Endless Summer Vacation."
Although the sales figure is slightly below the projected amount of 119,000 units, Del Rey's performance is still notable.
This placement is significant as it maintains Del Rey's streak of top 10 records on the Billboard 200, marking her ninth consecutive project to land in this chart territory.
Industry analysts had predicted high sales figures for "Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd," and the album's debut on the chart reflects its strong reception among audiences, including its biggest streaming week to date.
