It has been reported that Kim Kardashian, a well-known entrepreneur and celebrity, will be joining the cast of the 12th season of the popular anthology series, "American Horror Story."
The news was officially revealed by Kardashian on her Instagram account on April 10th, through a video that she shared, which featured eerie background music.
In the new season, Kardashian will be starring alongside Emma Roberts in a chapter of the anthology series called "Delicate."
According to a representative for the creator of "American Horror Story," Ryan Murphy, Kardashian's character was specifically designed for her.
Although FX and Kardashian have yet to make a comment on the matter, Variety has confirmed the news.
This will be Kardashian's most significant acting role to date, as she has had smaller roles in several films and TV shows in the past.
Alongside her acting career, Kardashian has been involved in various business and reality TV projects, with the third season of "The Kardashians" premiering on Hulu on May 25.
Joining Kardashian and Roberts in the forthcoming season will be Matt Czuchry, who is also making his debut in the series.
The show will be written and led by Halley Feiffer, a writer for both "American Horror Story" and "American Crime Story."
The 12th season will start filming in May 2023, with the 11th season, "NYC," having premiered in October 2022, set in New York in the 1980s.
