In a notable achievement, Taylor Swift has placed seven of her albums in the top 40 of the Billboard 200 chart dated April 1, marking the first time she has accomplished this feat in her career.
The Billboard 200 has been an all-encompassing list since August 1963, combining its previously separate mono and stereo LP charts.
Only one other act has had at least seven albums simultaneously in the top 40 since then, the late Whitney Houston on the chart dated March 17, 2012.
This achievement makes Taylor Swift the first living artist to achieve this milestone since the creation of the current Billboard 200 chart.
The albums that Taylor Swift has placed in the top 40 of the April 1-dated Billboard 200 chart are as follows: "Midnights" at No. 3, "Lover" at No. 13, "Folklore" at No. 14, "1989" at No. 19, "Red (Taylor’s Version)" at No. 22, "Reputation" at No. 26, and "Evermore" at No. 31. Additionally, "Fearless (Taylor’s Version)" is at No. 52 and "Speak Now" is at No. 69.
This accomplishment coincides with the launch of her extensive The Eras Tour on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona.
The stadium tour features a comprehensive retrospective of her career, with Swift performing for over three hours and including more than 40 songs in the setlist.
