The reality TV star, best known for her appearances in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," had posted pictures on her Instagram account in mid-March, which were criticized by some of her followers for their apparent editing errors.
The photos showed Khloe's right leg with an awkward inward bend and an apparent disproportion between her waist and legs.
The negative feedback prompted Khloe to delete the post and re-upload new photos.
However, the revised post also received criticism from some followers who detected extreme photo editing.
Requests for unedited pictures were made, and several followers expressed their disappointment with the overuse of photo editing tools.
The controversial photos were reportedly taken at the 40th birthday celebration of Khloe's friends, Malika Haqq and Khadijah Haqq.
