As per a GMA News report, the 16-year-old actor had completed his taping for a variety show on Thursday night, March 23, and left GMA Studios before 7 pm.
Later, Sparkle received a call from Andrei's relatives at 5:30 am, informing them about the unfortunate incident.
The police confirmed that the accident took place at 2:30 am on Friday.
