According to footage obtained by TMZ, Mayweather approached Paul after the Heat game on Wednesday evening.
Paul, who was accompanied by only one security guard, engaged in a verbal exchange with Mayweather before deciding to depart the scene to avoid any physical altercation.
Mayweather stated that he confronted Paul due to comments he had made previously that crossed the line.
Despite the incident, Paul later challenged Mayweather to a boxing match, and it remains to be seen whether this challenge will be accepted.
