Britney Spears Sells Calabasas Home for $10 Million, Less Than What she Actually Paid For It

Britney Spears has recently sold her 11,600-square-foot estate in Calabasas, California, comprising seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and several striking features, including a mosaic-tiled pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a gift-wrapping room.

The house, which the 40-year-old pop star purchased for $11.8 million after her June 2021 wedding to Sam Asghari, 28, was listed for $12 million with Bryce Pennel of Compass in January.

Despite the fact that Spears sold the property for just over $10 million, she expressed her fondness for the house and the joy it brought her after the purchase, which she made without seeking her father's approval.

The house's Mediterranean style, double entry doors, grand foyer, 33-foot ceilings, and stunning mountain views from the backyard add to its allure.
