Years went by, and Chersey grew tired of the dangerous and demeaning work that she was doing. But she felt trapped - she didn't have any other way to support her family, and she didn't know how to get out of the cycle of poverty.
One night, Chersey met an American customer named Jason who was different from the others. He was kind and gentle, and he seemed genuinely interested in her as a person, rather than just as a means to an end.
