The song titled "Flowers" by Miley Cyrus has maintained its position as the most popular song globally, for the sixth consecutive week.

This is evident in its topping of both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts, dated March 4.

Remarkably, this achievement is the first of its kind since Harry Styles' "As It Was," which held the number one position for nine consecutive weeks in April-June 2022.

The longevity of the chart-topping success of "Flowers" represents the lengthiest run for a female artist in nearly two years.

The previous record was set by Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License," which dominated both charts for eight consecutive weeks in January-March 2021.
