Miley Cyrus is starting off the new year with a bang, announcing that she will be releasing a new single titled "Flowers" on January 13th.
The news was revealed during her second annual Miley's New Year's Eve Party, hosted alongside her godmother Dolly Parton.
In a video shown during the event, Cyrus could be seen strutting down a street in a gold mini dress, with a snippet of the upcoming single playing in the background.
The announcement, "NEW YEAR, NEW MILEY, NEW SINGLE. FLOWERS JANUARY 13," then appeared on a black screen in white lettering.
This new single marks a return to music for Cyrus, who has been busy with various other projects in recent years.
Fans have been eagerly anticipating new music from the singer since rumors began circulating in November that she had reunited in the studio with music producer Mike WiLL Made-It, who worked with her on her fourth studio album "Bangerz" in 2013.
