Khloe Kardashian has defended herself against accusations from a social media user that she has used the diabetes medication semaglutide, also known as Ozempic or Wegovy, as a weight loss aid.

The medication is designed to reduce appetite and has been used by some people to achieve significant weight loss. Kardashian, however, stated that she has achieved her fit physique through regular exercise and healthy habits.

In a post on Instagram, she wrote, "Let's not discredit my years of working out. I get up at 6am five days a week to train. Please stop with your assumptions. I guess new year still means mean people."

In addition to addressing the weight loss allegations, Kardashian also addressed rumors that she has undergone plastic surgery to alter her appearance.

Some people speculated that she had undergone a surgical procedure to change the shape of her face after she wore clip-on bangs for a photoshoot.

Kardashian clarified that the bangs were simply a temporary style choice, saying, "Fun fact, I wore clip on bangs for this shoot. It was fun to give a different look and not be committed. I am surprised with how much I liked the bangs even though they changed the shape of my face."

Kardashian has faced rumors of plastic surgery for several years, with some speculating that she has had procedures such as lip fillers, a nose job, and breast augmentation.
