During Heidi Klum's parenting journey, she has reached the point where she finds it challenging to detach from her children.
The supermodel's daughter, Leni, who she shares with musician Seal, recently moved to New York City to attend college.

Heidi revealed in a recent episode of James Corden's "The Late Late Show" that communication can be difficult.
The star explained, "Today she had her first day in college this weekend. She just moved in and I called, and normally she picks up, and then three/four hours, I didn't hear anything."

Heidi further explained how the lack of response made her anxious, which led her to call at 2-hour intervals, wondering why Leni was not answering.
The doting mother joked that she now wants the number of Leni's roommate so that she can bug the roommate if her daughter doesn't pick up.
No matter how she feels about the phone calls, Heidi trusts and respects her daughter. Meanwhile, the model and her husband Tom Kaulitz celebrated their third anniversary in St. Barts a month ago.
