In the long-running defamation battle, Kesha just lost the right to demand Dr. Luke foot the bill for her legal fees.
On Thursday, a New York appellate court ruled that Kesha will not receive compensation even if she wins her legal dispute with her ex-manager and producer, real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald.
A statement released by the singer's lawyer, O'Melveny, in regard to this matter clarifies that they will request a court review of the ruling promptly.
