Queen Elizabeth has released her first statement since she tested positive for COVID-19 recently.
"I know that your local communities and people throughout the United Kingdom will join me in sending our good wishes to you, your coaches and the friends and family who have supported you in your great success," she said.
COVID-19 was detected in Her Majesty on Sunday, but she is having mild symptoms and intends to continue doing some light duties.
Even though the palace normally does not discuss the queen's health, they confirmed previously that she is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
