The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posted a lovely new photograph of their daughter on Sunday as they promoted a worthy cause.
As seen in the picture, Princess Charlotte, the fourth in the line of succession to the British throne, is holding a butterfly while out in the sunshine.
In the caption of the sweet snap, William and Kate wrote, "We wanted to share these beautiful Peacock and Red Admiral butterflies as part of Big #ButterflyCount initiative taking place across the UK."
The couple added, "@savebutterflies are encouraging us all to count these incredible creatures because not only are they beautiful creatures to be around but they are also extremely important.
"Butterflies are vital parts of the ecosystem as both pollinators and components of the food chain. Hopefully you can beat last year's total, @savebutterflies."
A few months ago, William and Kate published another new picture of Charlotte to mark her sixth birthday.
Prince George's 8th birthday was also celebrated with another new portrait two weeks ago.
