Zayn Malik was recently shown engaging in a heated argument with a man outside of a bar in New York.

The shocking clip of the 28-year-old singer outside Amsterdam Billiards Club in East Village shows his enraged expression as he begins to swear at the unidentified man.
As reported by TMZ, Zayn was smoking outside when a group of men left a neighboring bar at 2am.

After that, a man from the group lunged at shirtless Zayn, provoking an apparent fight.
In the video, the singer can be heard repeatedly asking the man "what the f**k are you talking about?”
According to the report, the unidentified man brought up a homophobic slur to Zayn, to which the latter responded by calling the man a "b***tard."

During the confrontation, Zayn became increasingly enraged as the other members of the group try to break things up.
There was no physical altercation and the police weren't involved, TMZ reported.
There's no clear reason why Zayn had taken his shirt off as sources suggest he was wearing it in the bar.

Meanwhile, on Twitter, one person commented about the incident, writing: “omg, zayn malik was spanking a gay and saying the f slur.”
Another added, “this isn’t okay and zayn should be held accountable. maybe it was in the heat of the moment, maybe it wasn’t but no matter what, it isn’t okay to say the f slur unless you are gay and as far as we know zayn isn’t allowed to say it.”

Zayn currently resides in New York with his model girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, 26. They have a daughter named Khai.
