According to reports, the photo seemed to have come from Khloe's grandmother's Instagram account. It showed the star in an animal-print bikini.
It is believed that the Kardashians toss heavy editing and filters into their photos before posting them to social media. However, Khloe's leaked bikini photo seemed to be the real thing.
The Kardashian family reportedly threatened legal action if the picture was not taken down.
Meanwhile, several sources claimed that Khloé and basketball player Tristan Thompson have been back together since June.
Last August, the pair, who share one child, daughter True, reportedly looked at Los Angeles properties together.
