And recently he exhibited his muscular body in an Instagram video he posted following a training session.
While posing for the camera in only a pair of workout shorts, Lewis fully demonstrated the results thanks to a plant-based diet and regular exercise regime.
In the caption, Lewis candidly talked about his body image, revealing he's always been a skinny guy and doesn't like his body some days.
The professional driver confessed that training is still a struggle, but advised his followers to maintain consistency regardless.
Lewis also counseled people about mental health, stressing that working out releases endorphins and helps to maintain a positive attitude.
After deciding to try veganism in 2017, the 36-year-old stopped eating meat and has not looked back since, explaining that his dietary change healed his gut.
