During a recent trip to a Miami strip club, a dancer alleged that the controversial rapper struck her in the head with a champagne bottle.
In a TMZ report, 6ix9ine is accused of brandishing the bottle after someone called him a snitch. However, he misses his target and instead hits Alexis Salaberrios.

As a result of the incident that occurred on February 20, Salaberrios has filed a lawsuit against the rapper.
She claimed in new court documents that 6ix9ine threw a dangerous object intent on committing serious bodily injury.
David M. Tarlow, her attorney, confirmed it was indeed a champagne bottle. The incident led Salaberrios to be taken to the hospital and now she is suing 6ix9ine for aggravated battery.
In addition, she is also suing the club where she works, alleging gross negligence.
Attorney for 6ix9ine stated that she is simply trying to make money. Lance Lazzaro said in an interview with TMZ that he suspects it was an attempt to "shake him down."
