"And I especially wanted to send our love and prayers to my cousins."
A leaked copy of Lana Del Rey's upcoming album "Chemtrails over the Country Club" was circulating online!
The release date of the album is scheduled for March 19, 2021. However, several social media users have already heard tracks from the project.
The singer's fans were shocked to learn that the album had been leaked online. Twitter and Reddit discussions led people to discover the leak.
Despite this, Del Rey's huge fan base assured her they would wait until the official release.
Last November, Del Rey shared her Thanksgiving wishes and the recent loss she suffered via her Instagram story.
"Hi guys, happy Thanksgiving. I hope that you guys are all able to have some fun moments today with everybody that you can, and at least see your family on Zoom," Del Rey said.
if you decide to leak the album, you have to know that by doing this you’re causing pain to a lot of ppl including lana who worked so hard on the album. you’re hurting all the ppl who worked on it with lana and you’re also hurting her fans. leaking shits is so disrespectful

not only Lana has stressed how much she freaking hates when this happens and how upset she gets, it also shows how much y’all don’t appreciate her hard work. This will effect the sales. And y’all won’t be this excited when it officially drops.

Revealing that her cousin Peter passed away after a battle with cancer, she added, "And I especially wanted to send our love and prayers to my cousins."
Del Rey continued, "And to everyone who can't be where they want to be, with their loved ones, I am with you, and happy Thanksgiving, and I hope that you're able to have some traditions left, like see the Macy's Day Parade, or silly things like that that make everything feel a bit more normal. So, sending you so much love and happy Thanksgiving."
Del Rey began cutting her teeth in the music industry in 2005. A lot of people know her for the hit single "Video Games," which she released as a debut single in 2011.
