The photo shows the "Criminal" songstress at a sunny window. She stared sexily into the camera with her famous blond tresses falling down her shoulders.
One side of the snap was totally flooded with sunlight, giving the illusion of a sunburst. Spears wore a white top. In the caption, she wrote: Looks like the light of God coming in."
The star has a habit of constantly posting the same non-smiling selfie taken outside. Almost all of Spears' photos appear tilted downward, and her black eye make up is highly visible.
Spears is currently dating Sam Asghari. To celebrate Christmas, Asghari took to social media to share photos of himself and the "Toxic" singer.
Many fans noticed how gorgeous she looks in her new hairstyle. Meanwhile, Spears and Asghari first met in 2016 when he was chosen to star in her music video for "Slumber Party."
In a 2018 interview with Men's Health, Asghari described a time when he tried breaking the ice between takes by telling a joke, but it wasn't received well at first.
"She said, 'Hi, I'm Britney,' and I said, 'I'm sorry. What's your name again?'" he recalled. "I tried to be funny. I don't think anybody got it."
It worked in the end, as Spears asked him out for sushi after they exchanged numbers.
Asghari explained that nobody knew that they were dating after the video was released, adding that neither he nor Spears intends to remain just friends.
