Singer Demi Lovato and actor Max Ehrich got engaged back in July. However, the pair called it quits in September, according to reports.
This week, Lovato appeared on "Today With Hoda & Jenna," where she opened up about the most important lesson she learned through it all.

"I think the most important thing that I've learned is how much I am OK with myself and loving myself," Lovato shared. "It wasn't until this year that I really started exploring the things that bring joy to my life in little ways."
