Nicki Minaj took to social media recently to announce her pregnancy with a baby bump photo. This marks the first child for the acclaimed rapper.
In a stunning Instagram post on July 19, Minaj, 37, captioned an adorable snap of herself, "#Preggers." She added a yellow heart emoji to the post.
The picture shows the "Anaconda" singer with a huge baby bump. She wore a floral bikini and sexy high heels.
As of this writing, the photo has amassed nearly 10 million likes on the popular picture and video-sharing social networking service.
Minaj uploaded more photos of herself, holding her growing belly after her initial announcement. In the fourth photo, Minaj wrote, "And finally, the Virgin Mary by #DavidLaChapelle."
The image shows her looking like a goddess in a forest. Apparently, it echoed the popular pregnancy picture of Beyonce.

In September, Minaj took to Twitter to announce that she "decided to retire & have my family." Many fans were disappointed with her decision. However, in December, Minaj clarified her comments during an interview with Billboard.
